Are your bath bombs vegan? We offer several bath bombs that are vegan. All our vegan bath bombs will be listed as such.
Are your bath bombs free of parabens and sulfates? Yes!
Do you accept returns? Yes. Purchases must be unopened and returned within 14 days of being delivered. Contact us for more info.
My bath bomb arrived damaged, what can I do? We pride ourselves on our 'rock hard' bath bombs, however, in the rare chance one arrives crumbled, we will replace it at no charge. Please email us and attach a photo and we will get a replacement of the same bath bomb out to you right away! Use the crumbled bomb as a bath soak! It will still look gorgeous and bubble and fizz!
Do bath bombs expire? They don't 'expire' but they do lose some of their fizz and potency when not used fresh. Please enjoy your bath bomb within 6 months. Keeping them in a cool dry place also helps them stay fresh longer.
Why did my bath bomb sink? Your Froth Bath Co. bombs are packed with high quality oils and butters making a heavier bath bomb. A floating bath bomb has nothing to do with quality and everything to do with the way it's packed, air pockets, density, shape, size and more. Some of our bombs float, some don't. When they sink they tend to fizz more which you may like. You can pick it up and hold it as it dissolves to see the beautiful froth and colors come out and move it around to create bath art. If you're REALLY wanting a floating bath bomb, opt for a flatter design vs. a sphere.
Will they stain my tub? Froth Bath Co. bombs are made with high quality water soluble dyes that will not stain your tub. If you notice a 'ring' and 'staining' this is likely due to the dyes attaching to something already on your tub and should come off with cleaning. We always suggest using one of our bombs in a clean tub.
Are the bath bombs edible? While they look and smell good enough to eat, please don't. Our bath bombs are non-edible.
Is the glitter bad for my tub and drain? Some of our bombs have biodegradable and/or natural glitters on them. They are perfectly safe to use and do not harm the environment.
Are your bath bombs child safe? While our ingredients make our bath bombs perfectly safe, we suggest using with adult supervision only. Our bombs are meant to fill an 'adult' bath with more water than you would for a child's bath. Less water means more oils in the water which can make your tub slippery and unsafe for a young child. We do have plans for a future small bath line for child fun!
How do I store my new bath bombs? Please store your bath bombs in a glass jar or other container if you can. Always keep away from moisture until you're ready to enjoy. Storing near a window/direct sunlight may discolor the outside of your bath bomb.
I came to reorder a bath bomb I loved, but don't see what I'm looking for. Do you restock? We do restock popular items.At times we rotate colors, scents, designs. If you don't see your favorite, contact us! We can help you find something similar. There may be times we even just rename or recolor it. Does not apply to special releases or holiday items.
